How do I make changes to the information up there?

First, is it a change you can request? Different programs, units, offices have control of the content that is posted on their section. If there is a problem, you may wish to alert the unit that worries about the information posted.

If it is something you can change, we get updates in several formats. Sometimes we receive changes in Word format, sometimes we get sheets of paper with markings describing the change, and sometimes we get actual html snippets to be used to replace current HTML. You can choose the method you most feel comfortable with but we prefer changes be submitted electronically in some type of a format.

One suggestion to make changes to the text on a page is to copy and paste the Web text into a Word document and submit it to us.

Regardless of which method you choose, we will get your change done as soon as possible and normally within 24 hrs.

We are investigating ways to allow you to make your own changes to the text, but right now there is no solution that is secure and easy enough to allow us to do so on a large scale. Please contact us if you are interested in your own changes.
