- January 28: IRWG Winter 2008 Speaker Series on Changing Perspectives on Sexual Violence and Harassment. CRLT Players, Relationships and Boundaries in the Academy: Exploring Sexual Harassment Through Theatrical Dilemmas, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Rackham Amphitheatre. CRLT Players perform vignettes regarding sexual harassment in the academy and the workplace, along with a facilitated audience discussion. Event is free and open to the public. - January 30: The President's Ethics in Public Life Initiative would like you to be aware of the upcoming forum, “You've Been Poked: Privacy and Boundaries Online,” 7:00 pm -9:00 pm, Michigan Union (Pendleton Room). The Forum is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided. This Forum is the third in a series of public forums for 2007-08 and will examine questions of privacy and information sharing on social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace, and Friendster. The U-M Educational Theatre Company, a student theater troupe, will offer a realistic presentation of how information is seen and how it travels, followed by a panel that will discuss the policies and practices surrounding social networking sites. There will be opportunities for questions and audience discussion. The panel will be moderated by Derek Collins, Co-Chair of the Ethics in Public Life Initiative.
