Staff Development & Performance Management: Meet the Team

Membership

Membership on the Staff Development and Performance Management Team is a synthesis of volunteerism and recruitment, the goal being a balanced representation of staff in support and supervisory roles, as well as a mix of sponsored project and general fund staff. 

Members generally serve a two-year term.  Meetings are held every two weeks.  Members are encouraged to not only participate in meetings, but to take leadership roles in projects initiated by the Team.
