View Classroom and Meeting Room Schedules
To View Classroom and Meeting Room Schedules, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Net Simplicity (link) with the login information:
User: Viewer
Password: viewer
2. You can view the schedule by day, time line, week, or month, as well as filtering by location and room.
As you view these charts, please keep in mind:

The Master Schedule is a visual guide to suggest spaces that may be open. Sometimes a room appears to be available when it actually is not.
Example 1: Space requests for instructional needs have priority over all other requests, so the SoE places holds on classrooms until decisions on term room assignments have been made.
Example 2: SEB 2241 is dedicated to science classes or events.
Example 3: The School of Social Work has priority scheduling rights for SEB 2228, SEB 2302, SEB 3001, and SEB 3003.
