Request a room for a meeting
To help us fill your request, please be sure to give us complete
contact information. If you are requesting a room for use by a
group outside the University of Michigan community, click here

We expect that the room will be left clean after your event and
that the furniture will be returned to the original arrangement.
If not a $50.00 maintenance fee will be charged to your shortcode.

You can also schedule a classroom for your meeting. Regularly
scheduled classes have priority for classrooms. Meetings during
a particular term will not be scheduled in classrooms until all
regular classes have been scheduled for that term. The $50.00 maintenance
fee as described above also applies to classrooms. Please see

Need extra furniture for your event? The School of Education does not supply extra furniture. Contact the facilities office at (734) 615-2534 for suggestions about where to rent these items.
If you are using the Tribute, Brownlee, Dean’s Conference, or 1316, you will need to sign out a key from room 1036, the day of your event.
NOTE: The fields with the "*" MUST be filled out for this form to work. All the starred fields must be filled in with the correct information or your room reservation will be delayed.
