Student Teaching: Where and How Long

Drawing on survey data of over 3,000 teachers who student taught in Miami-Dade public schools, linked to district administrative data on those teachers, the schools in which they teach, and their students, this study asks: What kinds of schools make for better student teaching placements? Do longer student teaching experiences make teachers better?
