Lok-Sze Wong is a fifth-year student and doctoral candidate in the Educational Administration and Policy program within Educational Studies. Her academic interests center on the roles of institutions, organizations, and practitioners in improving instruction in American K-12 schooling, specifically on issues of school reform such as building organizational capacity, developing organizational learning, the diffusion of innovation (scale and sustainability), the complexities of implementation, and the roles of systemic designs, social networks, leadership, and teams. Currently, her research focuses on improving instruction at scale through the coordination and continuous improvement of instructional programs.
