Administrative Responsibilities

Kelley assists the school’s facilities manager in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of facilities-related matters for the building, is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of meeting rooms and classrooms for the building, and is responsible for sorting and distributing campus and USPS mail and shipping and receiving of packages. Kelley also responds to inquiries and complaints regarding facility and maintenance issues. He also processes, distributes, and tracks key requests and assists with special building events.
