Research by Susan Dynarski was cited in a Chronicle of Higher Education article examining Hillary Clinton’s plan that would cover tuition costs for students from families making up to $125,000.

According to the article, “(a) recent analysis by Susan Dynarski, a professor of economics, education, and public policy at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, pointed out that in Sweden, where tuition is free, students borrow at similar rates and levels to their American counterparts.
