Graduate Student Conference to be held on March 15

On Friday, March 15, 2013, the Graduate Student Community Organization and Becoming Educators of Tomorrow will host the third annual Graduate Student Conference, “Meeting the Challenges within the Changing Landscape of Education: Research, Partnerships, and Social Justice.” The conference will explore the following questions: How are we in the School of Education responding to current challenges through the design and implementation of research and partnerships? How are we conceptualizing and realizing social justice within this rapidly evolving educational landscape?

The conference will open in Schorling Auditorium (room 1202) at 12:00 p.m. and subsequent sessions will take place in rooms on the second floor of the School of Education, ending at 5:00 p.m. with a reception. The program will include an opening panel, graduate student presentations and roundtables, and an alumni/mentor panel. If you plan to attend, please register for the conference online.
