Brian Jacob co-authors opinion piece in Detroit News

“Why rush to hold kids back?”, posted in The Detroit News and written by Brian Jacob and Michael Lombardo, CEO of Reading Partners, looks at recent state legislation aimed at improving early elementary reading, incorporating a number of different provisions.
