4T Virtual Conference to be held May 21–23

On Saturday, May 21, through Monday, May 23, 2016, the School of Education and the School of Information, in partnership with Oakland County Schools, the Washtenaw Intermediate School District, and Livingston Educational Service Agency, will host the 4T Virtual Conference: Teachers Teaching Teachers about Technology. The 4T Virtual Conference is an opportunity for educators from across the globe to connect, network, and learn from each other about issues in technology education.

The 4T Virtual Conference will be held online and is free and open to all educators (registration is required). All sessions will be targeted to K-12 practicing and pre-service teachers. Breakout sessions will begin on Saturday, May 21, and the opening keynote by Carly Shuler, cofounder and CEO of Kindoma, will be on Sunday, May 22, at 8:00 p.m. The conference will continue through Monday, May 23, and will end with a closing keynote by Bill Van Loo, technology and engineering teacher at Ann Arbor STEAM at Northside, at 9:00 p.m. A full schedule is available online.
