46th Annual Michigan School Testing Conference

1/31/06 - The 46th Annual Michigan School Testing Conference is going to be held at the Kensington Court Hotel in Ann Arbor, from February 27-March 1, 2006. On February 27, all-day workshops are scheduled--one on large-scale assessment, conducted by MSU's Mark Reckase and Oakland Schools' Ernie Bauer, and one on classroom-based assessment, conducted by Karen Bailey from Measured Progress.
The conference itself (organized as keynotes and smaller clinic sessions), on February and March 1, will feature such speakers as Michigan state superintendent Mike Flanagan and Brooke Haycock from the Education Trust, as well as several SOE faculty--Stu Rankin and Anne Ruggles Gere.
