Field Instructors

Field Instructors serve a unique role in the development of the teacher candidate.  As an experienced professional and a teacher educator, the university field instructor brings programmatic expertise to the classrooms.  In-depth knowledge of program expectations helps the field instructor guide conversations with teacher candidates and with cooperating teachers. Joint productive activities facilitated by the university field instructor, guide the professional development of the teacher candidate.
