Dissertation Topic: I looked at how teachers reasoned about intervening and not intervening in violent events in schools.
Prior to coming to the SOE: I was a New York City schoolteacher.
What I Learned in the Program: So much. Michigan shaped how I look at so many aspects of the world. I've always been a complainer. Now, my advisor once suggested, I do so in a more cogent and articulate manner :)
