Practice Interview Session

The Practice Interview Session takes place in the spring, usually in April and involves the elementary undergraduate students as well as the ELMAC students. Principals, superintendents and administrative professionals are invited to "interview" our students. They are encouraged to ask questions that students might encounter in a real life interview for a teaching position. After a series of questions are asked and answered, students are given time to reflect on their interviews. We always receive positive feedback about the practice interview sessions because it helps our students prepare for their upcoming real-life interviews.
