Daren Batke
MA in Higher Education (2003-2004):

I received my B.A. from the College of Wooster in 2002. While an undergraduate, I engaged in many different positions throughout the college which exposed me to the variety and continual excitement of college and university work. I chose to pursue graduate study at Michigan so as to narrow my focus of interest within higher education while concomitantly availing myself to an academically rigorous curriculum. CSHPE's comprehensive program permitted me to strike a healthy balance between the depth and breadth of the field and offered access to individualized learning.

Upon completion of my degree, I entered the University Development environment to focus on special projects in various divisions. I later transitioned to a development officer position at the University of Michigan Law School, where I'm charged with raising support for the Law School and advancing the campaign.
