I agree I will comply with all SoE and University computer use policies. Specifically I will:

Update with current virus protection and vendor's operating system patches;
Scan system weekly with a current version of virus protection and notify Technology Services when viruses and other malware is identified;
Install and use only software for which I hold a valid license.
NOT install KaZaA and other file sharing programs that leave the computer open to transmission of viruses;
Notify Technology services of any change in the information in this form.
