Computer and Network Assistance Form

Welcome to the Technology Services Assistance Request Form; here you can request help with your Printing, Email, System Problems, or Hardware and Software Configuration.

Once you fill out your contact information and click on the "Send" button below, an email will be sent to edu.net@umich.edu. This will alert the Network Office of the SOE Technical Services Department, and a representative will contact you ASAP. That's all there is to it!
