School of Education Room Cleanliness Guide

As outlined in the Policies and Regulations for Using School of Education Facilities, all users of School of Education rooms are responsible for the following:

Returning tables, chairs, podiums, overhead projectors and other A/V equipment to their original position. Refer to the set-up guide diagram posted near the exit's signs in the room.

Cleaning tabletops and other surfaces of litter, food crumbs, beverage cans, cups, & spills. Cleaning supplies (spray, wipes, and trash bags) are located within or near this room. See Deans or Facilities office for access to custodial closets.

Removing posters, flyers, displays and other presentation materials at the conclusion of your event. Such visual aids are only to be posted in designated areas of the room

All trash must be placed in receptacles. If your event is catered and will produce food service wastes, you must see the Facilities Office for trash pick-up arrangements.

The School of Education reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any custodial or other services the School must undertake on behalf of those using rooms in the School of Education.
