My nephew is a 13 year old boy in the 8th grade at Green Hills Middle School in Ann Arbor. His mother would prefer his tutor to be in the secondary education program with some experience in tutoring. The experience is not a requirement as he mostly needs someone to guide him through the coursework and study with him, but she does require that the tutor be enrolled in elementary or secondary education. It is necessary that the tutor have a grasp of secondary level science and algebra.
