Video Conferencing Request Form
Videoconferences at the School of Education use an IP based system. Consult our videoconference information pagefor technical details of our systems. If your event requires ISDN based facilities, we suggest the Teleconference Suite
at the Duderstat Center.
Please allow at least a week notice for scheduling a videoconference at the School of Education. The requestor should have already booked a room
in the SEB and made an initial booking contact with the other site(s). Items with a red "*"on the form are required.
Videoconferencing costs for non-instructional or non-SoE-sponsored events are $100 per event. This includes technical contact with all sites, pre-event testing, system set-up and establishing a connection, and system return. If you require a technician to stay during your event and/or if your event is outside of normal business hours, there may be an additional $70 per hour technician time charge. These charges are in addition to any charges by SoE facility policy
. Events that are an integral part of SoE business may have the $100 per event fee waived.
