Applicants apply directly to the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship at the University of Michigan. Applications are available online beginning Summer of 2012. There are two deadlines for students who wish to begin graduate studies in the Master and Certification program at UM as Fellows in summer of 2013- The Early Decision application deadline is October 22, 2012, with notification of awards happening in late December 2012 and the Regular Application deadline is January 21, 2013 with fellowships awarded by April 2012.
