The School of Education was proud to host the first Career Awareness Conference - Equity, Access, and Boundary Crossing: Making the Most of Your SOE Degree. This day-long event made visible the range of career options that await graduates of our master’s and doctoral programs and how an advanced degree from our School of Education provides graduates with the leverage for increasing educational access and equity via their professional work.

2011 Brandon Center for the Study of Educational Practice - Grand Opening
The Brandon Center for the Study of Education Practice is an education library for the digital age. Its primary objective is to enable detailed representations of and communication about education, and to support the study and improvement of education practice.
Teacher Education Program Barbeque
Each fall, the Teacher Education Program has a barbecue to welcome incoming freshmen, provide an opportunity for socializing, and showcase opportunities to work with children through involvement with groups such as America Reads, JumpStart, the Ginsberg Center for Community Service and Learning, and more.
